Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, remote locations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Orders are delivered on business days only (no weekend or public holiday deliveries).
  • Garments requiring decoration may incur a different delivery cost depending on weight — this will be communicated during quoting.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. Parcels will not be left unattended for security reasons unless specifically advised.
  • No delivery to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect.
  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, it will be redirected to your nearest post office or depot for collection.
  • Return-to-sender parcels (due to missed collection or non-attendance) will incur a $12 return fee as charged by the courier.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind / Not Suitable

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receipt provided that:

  • Items are unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels intact
  • Packaging is undamaged (please open carefully)
  • A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase is included

Please Note:

  • Resupply of goods due to wrong size, colour, or change of mind will incur additional postage costs.
  • Before returning, please call or email us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) — issuance of an RAN is at our discretion.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
  • If your order included free delivery, a $14.95 delivery fee will still be deducted from your refund to cover delivery costs already incurred.
  • All approved returns must be received within 2 weeks of approval. Late returns may be rejected.

⚠️ Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty:

  1. Please call or email us first to discuss the issue and confirm warranty terms.
  2. Once approved, you may return the item — return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
  3. Depending on the nature of the fault, we will arrange a repair, exchange, or store credit (excluding postage fees).
  4. Proof of purchase is required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
